The e-commerce Support Specialist will support the day to day operations of the business in the areas of listing, shipping and inventory support.

The Ecommerce Lister is responsible for the creation of home appliance parts listings and conducting research of parts to ensure factual information is presented in our listings. The Lister also takes and edits photos of appliance parts while also occasionally assisting in improving older listings to maximize sales and ratings. The role also included shipping orders, learning our shipping processes and how to support inventory accuracy.

TASKS

1. Creates eBay listings.
2. Photographs parts.
3. Utilizes available photography equipment including LED Light Boxes.
4. Conducts research of home appliance parts.
5. Performs comparative analysis to determine prices.
6. Translates available information of parts to a consumer-friendly format.
7. Applies a working knowledge of exceptional writing skills.
8. Performs team related tasks.
9. Determines value of part prior to listing to maximize profit.
10. Maintains clean and safe work environment.
11. Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as defined.
12. Learn and perform all processes with shipping customer orders.
13. Learn and perform all processes for auditing sku on-hand counts.
14. All other duties that the team may need to serve the customer and business daily.

Requirements:
* 1 to 3 years work experience.
*  Good computer skills
** Drug test and background check required before start of job.

*This is not a remote job. You will be required to work from our Farmington MN  location.
Compensation: $21.50 per hour
