Electronic Board Test & Repair Tech

Rabon Services Group (RSG) is an experienced appliance parts seller. We are looking for a skilled  electronics technician who is proficient at repairing electronic boards and components, such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, fuses, relays, and other related components.

The technician is expected to work with other members of the RSG team.  The candidate will be responsible for testing, soldering and precision repair work on boards from washers, dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and other appliances.

What You’ll Do

  • The ability to troubleshoot electronic boards at a component level is a must.
  • The ability to solder and instrument systems for testing.
  • Use and maintain lab equipment.
  • Test and repair boards, touch up, and reworks.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic equipment and systems using various tools and techniques.
  • Perform quality control tests to ensure the proper functioning of electronic devices and systems.
  • Collaborate with The RSG team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work at a lab desk completing repair for 70% or more of the work shift.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ Years of hands-on experience working in an electronics lab or similar repair work.
  • Proficiency in using electronic testing equipment, such as multimeters and testing equipment
  • Proficiency in soldering rework station and the use of hand tools.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Good collaboration skills as part of a broader technical team (English).
  • Not Remote, you are required to work from our Farmington location daily.
  • Will be prepared to take a drug test and background check before starting the position.
  • Has a clean background with no felonies.
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
